By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Packolist mobile application ("Application", "Service", or "Packolist"), operated by Caglar Orhan, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Packolist provides smart travel packing list management, automated checklist generation powered by Google Gemini AI, collaborative packing spaces, travel weather updates, gear weight tracking, bag categorization, and multi-device cloud synchronization.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To access collaborative packing spaces and cloud synchronization across devices, you may authenticate using Google Sign-In or supported credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Packing Assistant Disclaimer

Packolist incorporates artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate personalized packing recommendations based on weather forecasts, trip duration, destination, and activity inputs. Recommendations are provided for planning purposes only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring critical travel items (e.g., passports, visas, medications, travel insurance, financial instruments) are packed.

5. User Content & Collaborative Packing

You retain full ownership of all custom list items, bag names, photo notes, and trip details created in Packolist. When you share a packing space with collaborators, you grant those users permission to view, edit, and modify items within that specific space. You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application—including software code, user interface designs, logos, vector icons, graphics, and proprietary algorithms—are and remain the exclusive property of Packolist Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

Packolist is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caglar Orhan shall not be liable for missing items, lost or delayed baggage, missed flights, weather incidents, or indirect damages resulting from Application usage.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
